Arvisflows LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico (United States). It invoices without VAT, using its United States EIN and New Mexico Entity ID; the reverse charge applies to businesses established in the European Union, while businesses outside the European Union are not charged VAT. The EIN appears on its invoices and is not published on this website because it is sensitive with regard to identity fraud.
2. Purpose and scope
The company's registered purpose is “to provide artificial intelligence, process automation and customer service services”. In pursuit of it, Arvisflows provides a subscription software service that enables businesses in any sector to serve their customers automatically through artificial intelligence agents. Depending on the plan purchased, the service includes WhatsApp and web chat conversations, calls, appointments and bookings, sales and payments, and social media posts and advertisements.
This website has two functions: to provide information about those services and to allow them to be purchased. The financial and contractual terms of the service are not governed by this Legal Notice but by the Terms of Service.
3. Access and terms of use
Access to this site is free of charge, except for the private areas that require credentials, such as the management panel reserved for customer businesses. Browsing the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice in the version published at any given time.
Users undertake to make lawful use of the site and, in particular, not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or infringes the rights of third parties.
- Try to access restricted areas, other people's accounts or data for which they have no authorisation.
- Carry out actions aimed at damaging, overloading or disabling the site and its systems, including sending large volumes of automated requests.
- Systematically extract, copy or reuse the site's content, whether manually or by automated means.
- Impersonate another person or Arvisflows itself.
Arvisflows may suspend or deny access to anyone who breaches these terms, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, illustrations, navigation structure, design, source code, databases, workflows, artificial intelligence agent instructions and other elements of the site and of the service are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and are owned by Arvisflows or its licensors.
The name “Arvisflows” and its logo are distinctive signs of the company. Their use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, decompilation or reverse engineering of any of these elements, in whole or in part, is prohibited except with express authorisation or in the cases permitted by law. Access to the site does not grant the user any ownership rights over its content.
5. Liability and availability
Arvisflows endeavours to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of typographical errors, omissions or outdated information. The site's informative content, including prices and descriptions, is not a binding offer until the purchase is formalised.
The site is provided “as is” and its availability may be interrupted by maintenance work, technical incidents, connectivity outages or failures of external providers. Arvisflows is not liable for damage arising from such interruptions when they are not directly attributable to it.
No clause of this Legal Notice excludes or limits Arvisflows' liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or any other case in which the applicable law prevents such exclusion.
6. Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to other websites. Those links are offered for reference only and their inclusion does not imply endorsement of, association with or control over the linked content. Arvisflows is not responsible for the operation, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites, which are governed by their own terms.
Linking to this site from another is permitted provided that the link points to the home page, does not reproduce the content through frames or similar techniques, and does not suggest a commercial relationship that does not exist.
7. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data collected through this site is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and local browser storage is detailed in the Cookie Policy.
When Arvisflows processes data of a business's end customers on its behalf, the relationship is governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. For any dispute arising from the use of the site, the parties submit to the competent state and federal courts of the State of New Mexico.
Safeguard for consumers and users. If you use this site as a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, in the United Kingdom or in any other territory whose consumer protection rules are mandatory, the previous clause does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by provisions that cannot be excluded by agreement between the parties, nor of the right to go to the courts of your place of residence.
Arvisflows mainly addresses its activity to businesses and professionals. When the service is purchased in the course of a business or professional activity, the customer does not have consumer status and the above safeguard does not apply.

For any question about this Legal Notice, to report content you consider unlawful or to make a complaint, write to info@arvisflows.com. Arvisflows acknowledges receipt of communications and replies within a maximum of thirty calendar days.
If you detect an infringement of intellectual property rights in any content on the site, tell us the specific content, the right you consider infringed and a means of contact, and we will review it as a priority.
