Cookie Policy
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or storage to track you across other sites. It keeps nine families of technical data in the browser to remember preferences, complete sign-up, keep sessions open and preserve the service context.

1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device to remember something between one visit and the next. Alongside cookies there are other technologies with the same practical effect, such as the browser's local storage, and the law treats them in the same way. That is why this policy covers all of them.
Depending on their purpose, a distinction is made between technical or necessary ones, which are essential for the site to work and do not require consent, and non-necessary ones, which are used to measure audiences, personalise content or show advertising and which do require prior consent.
2. Exactly what this website uses
Arvisflows does not set any cookies in the strict sense. It uses nine families of local or session storage entries, all first-party and intended for the operation of the service. Some contain a session token or a pseudonymous identifier and can therefore distinguish a session, an account or a browser within Arvisflows; they are not used for advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking.
| Name | Technology | Owner | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
arvisflows_lang |
localStorage | Arvisflows | Remembering the language you have chosen so that you are not asked again on each visit | Permanent until you delete it |
arvisflows_lead |
sessionStorage | Arvisflows | Keeping the details you have typed into the request form while you move on to the payment screen, so that you are not asked for them twice | Deleted when the tab is closed |
arvisflows_panel_auth |
sessionStorage | Arvisflows | Keeping you logged in to the Manager Panel while you use it. It is only created if you access the panel | Until you log out, close the tab or the server-side expiry is reached |
arvisflows_actividad_<negocio_id> |
localStorage | Arvisflows | Remembering the activity section selected for each business in the Manager Panel | Permanent until you delete it |
arvisflows_web_cliente_<negocio_id> |
localStorage | Arvisflows | Assigning the browser a random, pseudonymous identifier to keep the context of the business's web chat between visits | Permanent until you delete it |
arvisflows_welcome_seen |
localStorage | Arvisflows | Remembering that the website's welcome message has already been shown, to avoid repeating it on each visit | Permanent until you delete it |
arvisflows_ref |
localStorage | Arvisflows | Remembering the referral code that brought you to the website so that it can be applied during sign-up | Permanent until you delete it |
arvisflows_chat_visitante |
localStorage | Arvisflows | Assigning the browser a pseudonymous identifier to preserve the context of the Arvisflows sales chat between visits | Permanent until you delete it |
arvisflows_anuncio_ref_<negocio_id> |
sessionStorage | Arvisflows | Saving the reference of the advertisement that brought you to a business's chat so that the conversation can be attributed to it | Deleted when the tab is closed |
There are no analytics, statistics, advertising, social media or business partner cookies. Specifically, this website does not load Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, Hotjar or any equivalent tool.
3. The only third party: fonts
The website loads its fonts from the Google Fonts service. That service does not set cookies, but to deliver the font files it needs to receive your IP address, which is personal data, and Google is a US company.
It is the only connection to a third party that takes place when you visit the site. The processing is based on the legitimate interest in displaying the website with the intended typography, and the transfer to the United States is described in the corresponding section of the Privacy Policy.
If you would rather not have even that connection, you can block the domain fonts.googleapis.com in your browser or in a blocking extension. The website will keep working and will be displayed with your system's fonts.
4. Why you will not see a banner
The duty to ask for prior consent applies to cookies and equivalent technologies that are not strictly necessary. The entries above make it possible to carry out functions requested by the user —remembering a preference, continuing a sign-up or a chat and keeping a session open— and are not reused for analytics, advertising or profiling. For that reason they are classified as technical storage and no consent banner is shown.
We prefer not to install tracking tools rather than install them and ask your permission to use them.
5. How to delete or block it
You can review, delete or prevent local storage from your browser settings. Bear in mind that if you block it, the site will forget your language, the section chosen and the chat context, and will not be able to keep the panel sessions open.
Most browsers also let you open a private or incognito window, in which everything stored is deleted when it is closed.
6. If this changes
If in the future Arvisflows adds analytics, advertising, maps, embedded videos, third-party chat or any tool that sets non-necessary cookies, before enabling it Arvisflows will introduce a consent management system that meets these requirements:
- Prior blocking: no non-necessary cookie will run before you give your consent.
- Accept and reject buttons with the same visibility, size and number of clicks.
- The option to configure consent by category, with no pre-ticked boxes.
- The option to withdraw consent at any time as easily as it was given.
This page will be updated with the full table of the new cookies before any of them is enabled.
